“Explore Your Potential” University of Toronto

3 Mar 2021 - 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (GST)

This webinar was hosted by Misha Vorotyntsev (Student Life Assistance at the University of Toronto) and Mario Peñav (International Client Relations Coordinator) – University of Toronto’s Representatives.

In this webinar, we explored why the University of Toronto warrants its position as the # 1 University in Canada. The attendees got a basic orientation to the campus and the range of subjects offered.

Misha & Mario, in tandem, then built on this with detailed and specific insights into the application process and provided some insightful tips for a successful application outcome.

Students were then exposed to various summer programs at the University of Toronto based on their requirements. They were glad to learn the options available to test-drive a subject before taking it up in college.

Did you know that University of Toronto has focused heavily on Scholarships for Academic Achievements for International Students, and all deserving international students are eligible?

The webinar concluded with a very active Q&A session between the students/parents and the University representatives, where the University of Toronto team graciously addressed all the queries.

With questions ranging from English requirements to unique course requirements for each stream such as Engineering, Media & Medicine.

Before signing out, Misha and Mario shared details of the upcoming “Global Citizen Challenge” program, an intensive 2-week long program in the summer of 2021, with a chance for students to make a change truly.
