About the Program
With the Lumiere Research Scholar Program, students will get a chance to delve deeper into a subject of their interest and make valuable contributions to the field. The student will be paired up with a world-class PhD scholar in the same field who will guide the student through the research process to produce an independent research process. Creating a research project is an effective way for you to showcase your strengths and demonstrate your abilities. It can help at each stage of life – whether applying to college, grad school, or your next job.

Lumiere’s mission is to train the next generation of scholars and leaders. Students work with top researchers from the world’s most prestigious universities. They learn about the cutting edge of their field, and to produce unique research papers tailored to our students’ interests and passions.
Our research mentors are world-class researchers who are in a selective PhD program or have recently finished their PhDs. They include Rhodes Scholars, Stanford PhDs, and researchers whose work has been cited in publications like The Economist and BBC.
