We understand that you are concerned about privacy, hence we have developed this ‘Privacy Policy’ to explain how we collect, use, and disclose information about ‘You’ (‘You’ refers to a ‘Visitor’ on this website or any successor URLs and registered direct customer of The Explorers Lab usually a ‘Parent’ or ‘School’) and your ‘End Users’ (Customers of ‘You’ who experience Services delivered by The Explorers Lab). What is the information we collect about you?

How do we collect your information?

We collect your information through various methods, as explained below:

  • When you set up a user account with us. For users who make a purchase on the Website, the invoice details are also retained.
  • While filling up a ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Feedback’ form on our website or sending us error reports generated, if any.

How does our relationship with Social Networking Sites (SNS) and Third Party Providers affect you?

We may connect Apps to such APIs using the token method discussed above or we may require that a Developer provide us the applicable API key, user name, password or other method of authentication (‘Third Party API Access Protocols’). The Third Party API Access Protocols will be disclosed and used in the same manner as personal information, with the understanding that they will not be used to market any products or services.

Is any kind of anonymous information collected?

Our Website is designed to automatically collect non-personally identifying technical information from you when you are using the application.
